Josh Cinnamo found his way back into the sport of shot put, and now onto the international stage. The Lakeville resident will compete in Tokyo in his first Paralympic games.

Josh Cinnamo is one of the world's best throwers. As shot put world champion in 2019 in the F46 class for Team USA, he broke the world record with a toss of 16.80 meters. We have been privileged to work with Josh in the past and are happy to speak with him about his journey on this episode of the Throws Show!
